We do production planning from the initial stage, follow up, communicate with buyers regularly, inform daily status, do an inline and final inspection, control shipping schedule, and finally check and dispatch shipping documents to the buyers. All this is done under professional and sincere guidance. A proactive work system and vertical operation, allow us to move at utmost speed. Moreover, We undertake all kinds of trading and sourcing as long as it is covered by our license. Of course, in all (including apparel) export-import businesses.

How do I place an order?1. At first you’ve to send us query mail having all details. 2. We’ll reply ASAP for estimated costing. 3. Being that we’ll make sample and post to you for any modification or approval. 4. After confirmation approval we’ll proceed to ‘Bulk Production’.

What are your minimum and maximum order quantities?NRF offers industry leading Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Minimum orders vary per design, and can be as low as 30 units. We support both large and small brands and our company offer a full manufacturing solution from prototype development to full scale production.

Can you produce samples and prototypes?We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to full scale production. Because the majority of the items we produce are made completely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. At this stage you can make minor design amendments to ensure your final products are exactly as you want them.

How long do samples and prototypes take to produce?The length of time it takes for you to receive your samples and prototypes depend entirely on your requirements. With that being said however, we aim to produce a pre production prototype within 1-2 weeks of order placement. And Development samples will take 7-12 Days. We will always endeavor to meet any timescales you may have, and will discuss this with you throughout the design process.

Is it possible to meet to discuss an order?We’re always happy to arrange a meeting to discuss an order & Visit our factory in Bangladesh. We would always ask that prospective clients send designs prior to booking a meeting, so that we can gather an understanding of your project and whether it is something we would be able to assist with. Please note that all of our meetings are by appointment only.

Is it possible to put my own label and tag on the clothes?Yes of course you can. Here are two options for you: 1. Send us your label / tag sketch or design to us then we make them for you. 2. Send us your finished label / tag (that you’ve already produced or collected from your country or supplier) to us and we’ll place them on your clothing.

Do you produce ladies clothing?We are predominantly a menswear manufacturer however can produce some women’s variations of casual garments like tee shirts, jeans and tracksuits. We don’t produce specialist women’s wear like dresses, blouses or lingerie however.

What garments do you specialise in?We specialise in Men’s wear to Women;s wear including kids wear, And we are best at Knit to Wven items.

Can you produce items not shown on your website?The items shown on our website are intended as a guide to show you the scope of what we can manufacture. Our vast capabilities are such that we can manufacture almost any product within the main categories shown on this website. We love working with all brands and enjoy developing new products so whatever your requirements or ideas please get in touch and we can discuss a design solution for you.

What are your lead times for bulk manufacture?Lead times vary with workload and with design complexity, however for bulk production lead times are around 3-4 weeks from confirmation of order including sample development. However, we understand some clients have time constraints which we will always endeavor to meet. Often, lead times are shorter than those quoted above. If you would like clarification on lead times for your items please do get in touch.

Which courier service delivers orders?A selection of fully tracked and insured courier services are available and selected to best suit your shipping requirements. We predominantly use DHL / Fedex / UPS for shipping although will discuss with you the best solution for your order.

Are there any import duties I should know about?Some products incur an import duty which differs according to the country of delivery, product type and cost. We are more than happy to discuss with you any import duties which you may incur upon delivery and will endeavour to answer any questions you may have regarding the import of goods.

Is my Intellectual Property protected?All discussions between NRF Collection and our clients are completely confidential and we are happy to adhere to your requirements with regards to intellectual property and privacy. We never share your designs with other clients and treat each customer individually. How do you accept payment?We accept payment via bank transfer. Payment information can be found on your invoice And as well we acccept Western Union, Transferwise, Moneygram, Payoneer, Remitly

Is it possible to schedule a factory visit?We always welcome to our clients to visit our factory & face to face meeting regarding projects.

Can you produce custom packaging?We can produce custom packaging as an additional service. As standard, each single item we ship is packaged in a plain poly bag for protection during transit, but if you’d like to have custom packaging feel free to send over your designs and we would be happy to advise.

Do you offer labeling services?ncluded as a standard feature of our quotes would be a custom branded neck label and a standard wash care label in each garment. We can also produce custom wash care labels at a small additional cost if required.

Can you make swing tags?We can produce swing tags as an additional service. Each garment would be supplied without a swing tag unless specified, but we’re able to produce them for you if required. If you’d like to have a quote for custom swing tags please do get in touch and we will be happy to advise further.
